Cape Media Corporation to take action against iKapa Media
News

An employee of Cape Media Corporation, Moses Mwanjirah, has registered a close corporation - iKapa Media cc - and is attempting to trade off the intellectual capital of Cape Media and their well-established record as magazine publishers and events managers. This deception was discovered during his current absence on leave.

In addition to registering the company, he also enlisted a member of staff who continued to work for Cape Media until this deception came to light.

On its website, iKapa listed a number of projects which it claims as its own. Four of the seven projects are the property of Cape Media. The others are unknown. Most of the other information on the website is similarly misleading and untrue.

Moses Mwanjirah joined Cape Media on 1 March 2008 as an assistant to the events director and has worked in this capacity since then. Action is now being taken to protect the interests of Cape Media.
Cape Media wish to strongly disassociate themselves from iKapa Media, Moses Mwanjirah and/or any person purporting to be a representative of this company.
